Description: Primarily located along the I-95 corridor, with some frontage along the Royal River in New Gloucester, this roughly 2000 acres of 22 non-contiguous forestland parcels represents arguably the most impressive white pine in Maine. The donor’s objectives were to improve their woodland and grow healthy, large diameter white pine.

Key Features: These properties have been in Chandler hands for decades and not only represent some of the largest white pine in Maine, but some of the most scenic properties locally as well. The property features beautiful frontage along the Royal River and scenic views from some of the higher elevation properties. Abundant wildlife, clean water and aesthetically pleasing surroundings compliment the significant woodland resources.
