Description: This 196 acre woodlot is located in Rome east of the Watson Pond Road and bordered on the north and east by the Beaver Brook Estates Road. The terrain slopes gently toward the northeast and is dotted with glacial erratic’s. This property was likely used for agriculture until early in the 20th century. It has regrown to a forest stand comprised primarily of hardwood pole timber, scattered white pine and red oak saw timber.
Key Features: Evidence of farming activity can be seen throughout with numerous rock walls and several old cellar holes. The properties unique features make it a great place to explore.
