Description: This property is located in the east-central area of the town of Sullivan, 2.1 miles north of East Sullivan Village. The lot is well signed and lies along the northwest side of State Route 183, Tunk Lake Road.
Key Features: This property is primarily comprised of northern hardwoods, aspen, and hemlock, with spruce a fir throughout. The lot lies on a western facing slope, downhill from the Tunk Lake Road. There are two brooks that cross the property, a one acre wetland, and the lot borders a fairly large bog. Both wetlands offer excellent inland waterfowl habitat.
